2023 and Onward

Helen continues to make new work for the series Outwardly Tidy and Conventional, View From The Passenger Seat, and Riddles. She also continues practicing architecture and design in her company, Primitive Huts as part of her overall studio practice.


2018 - 2022

Helen had two works featured in a commercial for the Jr NBA.

Group Show at Kibbee Gallery in Atlanta. She sold a number of works from all of her current art series to private collectors


2017

Helen started a design company called Primitive Huts.


2016

Postcards From The Edge

Helen has a small painting on paper in the 18th Annual

Postcards From The Edge Benefit. All proceeds support Visual Aids.

Nest is on loan to a private corporate company in Atlanta.

Helen spent most of 2014 learning to use her left arm, wrist, hand and fingers again, due to a severe wrist break and surgery. Her arm is happily working via bionics.

Helen was invited to show a work on paper with some of her favorite artist friends in The Hullabaloo Collective Booth at the 100th Anniversary of The Armory Show.

Helen was invited to exhibit a work on paper in a  group show curated by Beth Malone of Dashboard Co-op in Atlanta.




Artist Residency, Saint Anne’s Day School, Atlanta

November 2012 through March 2013

Helen has been invited to work with young children to create a

36” x 36” collaborative painting. Works from her studio will be on exhibition throughout the winter.  In February six works from her studio will be on exhibit in Buckhead, Atlanta.

Helen has been invited by Marianne Lambert, curator of The Swan Coach House Gallery to exhibit three paintings in the show, “Little Things Mean A Lot”. Opening November 15th, at 6pm.
